OVERVIEW

This website is operated by GharGlow ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We display our products as accurately as possible. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of all taxes. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We accept online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). We may refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Discount codes are valid only as described when issued.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders dispatch within 24-48 hours; delivery takes 3-5 working days across India. Shipping is free. COD orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7-day easy returns on unused products in original packaging. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI.

7. WARRANTY

Every GharGlow light carries a 6-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GharGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of our products or Service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
